Registering as a civil partnership (pareja de hecho) (Murcia)

Since regional Law 7/2018, domestic partnerships are registered in the Registro de Parejas de Hecho de la Región de Murcia (CARM, regional government). Murcia City Council only handles certificates and cancellations of municipal registrations made before 4 March 2019.

Who: Couples of two adults or emancipated minors, without a prohibited family relationship and not registered in another domestic partnership register.
